1. Heat shrink protective sleeve

Features: It can improve the mechanical strength of optical fiber welding points, protect the welding points, and ensure the reliability of welding. Before the contraction, the transparent outer layer can be used to detect whether the light joint is connected correctly; When shrunk, the transmission characteristics of the fiber are maintained and the strength and protection of the light junction are provided.

2. V-shaped slot elastic connection sleeve

Design: The V-shaped groove inside the casing has a certain taper at both ends, and the groove wall has a certain elasticity.

Function: The inner circle diameter of the V-shaped slot is slightly smaller than the diameter of the fiber to be connected. When the fiber at both ends is embedded, the wall of the slot will undergo elastic deformation, so that the fiber will bear the elastic force of the wall radially and evenly, thus ensuring the alignment of the fiber connector.

3. Glue the connection casing

Material: Usually made of clear quartz glass.

Features: The tube is pre-placed with adhesive. When in use, after making and cleaning the end face of the optical fiber connector, directly insert the adhesive nozzle, and realize the alignment and bonding of the optical fiber through the mechanical splicing device. After bonding, the casing is cured in daylight.
