Fiber treatment: According to the steps of preparing the end face, strip the fiber coating layer, clean the surface of the fiber, and use a cutting knife to make a flat fiber end face. The quality of the end face will directly affect the welding effect, so special attention is needed.

Second, the welding process

Optical fiber placement: Place the treated optical fiber in the V-shaped slot of the welding machine. Ensure that the optical fiber end face is closely aligned with the bottom of the V-shaped slot to avoid bubbles or dislocation.
